Description
Falco AL 520 S equipped with a 20″ turntable (external clamping), it’s the right entry level tyre changer for low volume workshops.
Tilt back post tyre changer, 20″ Turntable, 1 speed, with IGP valve, oil filter, inflation pipe and gun.
Features
• Automatic tyre changer ideal for use on cars and light vehicles wheels up to 20”. The Falco AL 520 is suitable for operating on steel or
aluminium rims or new generation tyres
• The sliding arm is connected at two points and guarantees perfect locking
• Pole reversal by pedal-controlled pneumatic cylinder.
• Inflation system with fixed manometer on pole and pedal-operated control.
• ASR pole: Allows operation on wheels of up to 11” width and 1070 mm diameter.
• The three different adjustments of the Racing bead breaker allows operation on wheels of up to 390 mm width, optimising air and time
consumption.
• Racing Pole:
– Allows operation on wheels of up to 13” width
– Dual height selection; minimises flexion
• Bead breaker, for the bead breaking of the tyre from the rim. It is made of the bead breaking arm pneumatically operated by a double effect cylinder, lever for the arm positioning, antiabrasive supports for rim support during bead breaking phases.
• Mounting column, consisting of a tilting mounting column with the components required for fitting and removing the tyre: Extending horizontal mounting arm and extending vertical mast (with locking knob), mounting head for removing the tyre from and fitting it on the rim using the bead lifter.
• Clamping plate for securing and turning (counter-clockwise and clockwise) the rim. The clamping plate is driven pneumatically by way of two cylinders and has four rails with clamping jaws for fixing the rims in position on the inside and outside.
