Tyre changers with 28” and 24” equipped turntables.

The side lift allows the operator to always work in Ergonomic position. It is located on the right side of the machine next to the bead breaker which allows for improved productivity. The lift is also equipped with a integrated roller board which leads to an easier and faster bead breaking operation.

Pull the slide out. Move the moving part of the guide rail to the desire position. Release the slide and make sure it is locked in the hole corresponding to the desire position.

Ergo Control is a hand bead breaker system that allows you to execute the operation of the tyre- beading, always in a Ergonomic working position, reducing the time with less effort while always being in a safe position.

Its equipped with a roller that works close to the duck head, allowing to push the bead into the rim drop centre or to pull it out during demounting operations.

Make sure to lubricate the tyre. Use the master roller of the helper arm to press down the tyre to apply lubrication. Dismount the tyre from rim using the bead lifter and jaw. Use the helper arm to press the bead inside the drop centre and safely remove the tyre. Lubricate the rim and replace the tyre.

Positioning the wheel on the rim-chuck plate, firmly press down the rim by hand and briefly activate the rim-chuck pedal to clamp the rim.
